Andy Marr

Andy Marr was born and raised on the east coast of Scotland. After finishing a degree in History at the University of Edinburgh, he took a job in a bank, but he hated it, so he stopped and became a writer instead. He is the author of two acclaimed coming-of-age novels, the top-10 bestselling 'Hunger for Life' and the international bestseller 'A Matter of Life and Death'.

When he is not writing in his favourite coffee shop, Andy enjoys reading, cooking, watching films, and spending time with his wife and daughters.
